Deformative condition of investigated matters was defined based upon established observation geodetic network linked with a base network, located at the rear zone. With this scientific methods for fine measurements using a set of high-precision geodetic units were elaborated. In the resault of fulfilled monitoring, scientific-and-practical recommendations aimed at safe operation of the Plant's structures that are located in immediate proximity to ground slopes, i.e.liquid ammonia, superphosphate acid and methanol tanks, carbamide storehouses, pipelines forliquefied gas supply to quays, deep-water berths for Plant's chemacal products loading to ships andso on, were elaborated. During the sstudy, the results obtained by measuring the deformation of the next cycle of soil slopes of these objects, as well as performed a comprehensive analysis of long-term observations of the state of their deformability.
