Purpose of the research is the theoretical and methodological study and empirical research of the psychological conditions that contribute to the optimization of the psychological and mental health, prevent the stress and help to overcome it by the organization workers; the development of programs for the prevention and the overcoming the stress, as a condition of the psychological health support of the organizations workers. Research methods are the theoretical analysis of the scientific sources, the systematization and the generalization of data on the problem research, the comparative analysis, the psycho diagnostic methods, the methods of the empirical data mathematical processing. Results and their novelty: theoretical information on the structural models of the psychological and mental health and their main components were expanded; study of the individual manifestations of the psychological and mental health on the concrete samples (the hospital workers, the teachers of the secondary and the higher education institutions, the full-time students and the distance learning students, the law-enforcement officers) was carried out, the typical stress factors in the organizations were defined and refined; ideas about the strategies that contribute to the stress overcoming and the preserving of the mental and psychological health of the individual were further developed. The novelty of the work is provided with the theoretical validity of the initial positions, the using of the reliable and valid diagnostic techniques which are adequate to the subject, the purpose and the objective of the study, the representativeness of the studied data sample, the combination of the quantitative and qualitative processing of the findings, the using of the mathematical statistics techniques in the research results estimation, involving the latest processing technology.
