The analysis showed that the majority of legal acts are not coordinated among themselves targets and thus, lose weight in energy development according to modern global trends and national interests of Ukraine. Based on this vision it was formulated by the energy and purpose of the new energy policy of Ukraine and developed and evaluated a model of energy development scenarios Ukraine, which solve these shortcomings. Developed scripts can be used in the development of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine till 2035. Estimates of the energy-ecological and socio-economic consequences of achieving the objectives of the proposed scenarios using sophisticated models of the TIMES energy system of Ukraine, and dynamic computer model of general equilibrium of Ukraine with the advanced energy unit.
