It was demonstarted that C60-drug complexes possess high therapeutic activity in vivo towards Lewis lung carcinoma in mice. In particuar, a decrease in the number and volume of tumor's metastatic nodes, 2-fold extension of life span of tumor-bearing mice, as well as reduction of tumor-induced cachexia, were observed by us. The results of this study were published in the prestigious international journal (Nano Research).
