The aim is to develop recommendations for calculating the balance of water management on the example of Pripyat sub-basin. Water management balances are part of the documents "river basin management plan" is the basis for the determination of water management and protection measures, priority implementation. The main tasks to be solved during the implementation of this development are the following: development of computational circuits carrying Pripyat sub-basin, water management that meets the new zoning of Ukraine; calculating the value of water resources in the calculated cross-sections, limiting water management areas (statistical parameters provided volumes of runoff water content dynamics changes along the length of the river); limiting the choice of periods and evaluation of water content; determining components of balance within each water management area; assembly for years of a provision of water management balances pursuant to create settlement schemes and for carrying Pripyat sub-basin as a whole; provide guidance on the practical application of the technique.
