The aim of this research work is an acquisition and preparation of ground data to assess the state and production of ecosystems using field and satellite data of spectral and gasometric measurements for the making recommendations relative to the reasonable environmental management. The development of method for the prognostic modeling of environmental conditions and ecosystem parameters on a basis of the ground spectrometric and field measures can essentially improve the prediction results. The report is devoted to the solution of the important applied predicting problem both the natural ecosystems and the agrophytocenoses that can be social - economically significant in the related spheres of the agriculture and water industry as well as the sustainable bio-resources and energetic potential use. The main performed mission was the development of the methodical study approaches including the newest satellite data and complex of current ground measuring equipment, the reveal of the regional features of global environmental changes based on the developed methodical approaches and instrumental studies at the selected test sites. The examples of complex analysis and predicting ecological state of the area as well as the climatic, environmental, and anthropogenic impacts on the ecological conditions in Ukraine are provided. The developed methods for the ecological state assessment of area on a basis of complex analysis of multispectral and gasometric field and satellite surveys can be applied to substantiate the management decisions by authority structures in Ukraine relative to the natural resources use.
