It was found the relationships of development ecological factors of phytoinvasions in reservoirs of Ukraine upon the climate changes and habitat conditions for native species. The remediation potential has been determined both for invasive and native species under the influence of metal biogenic nanoparticles for the selection of effective species in ensuring of ecosystems stability. It was shown the perspective of using Pistia stratiotes L., Limnobium laevigatum, Salvinia natans for phytoremediation of the aquatic environment under pollution of metal nanoparticles. The influence of changes of climate and hydrological indexes on distribution of invasive aquatic species due to global climate changes has been modeled.
