Purpose - to develop generalized models of complex (with complex addiction potential or impedance) wave, including crystal-like structures, to create of mathematical, physical and engineering principles of design CSs with desired characteristics. Methods - 3D computer modeling and simulation of complex CSs and devices based on them, experimental research of CSs and devices. Fundamental principles of physics and mathematics of complex wave structures devices based on them are developed. The generalized impedance model of barrier structures with different wave nature is created. The regularities of different nature waves interaction with complex structures, passing resonant conditions, including tunneling are established. The analytical dependences for frequency and energy eigenvalues (in the case of quantum-mechanical structures) and other parameters are established. The generalized transversal filter model for CSs with any impedance dependence is established. The methods of amplitude and phase CSs apodization to form a highly performance signal processing devices are proposed, developed and tested. Results of research put into the learning process in educational disciplines, into the attestation of dissertation work. The results can be realized at the electronic enterprises and educational institutions of Ukraine. Projected suggestions about the object of study - expanding functionality and increasing manufacturability.
