Herewith the highest increase of bacterial biomass was found when the chelated compounds of Fe and Mo were introduced. Taking into consideration the fact that the simultaneous sterilization of growth medium and iron carboxylate is possible (it makes easy technologically to produce the fertilizers on the base of rhizobia) as well as positive effect of iron carboxylate, we can say that it is possibility for using the iron carboxylate as an effective supplement to biological preparations. It was established that the addition Ge chelated by carboxylic acids to the inoculum led to the maximum increase of nitrogen fixation activity of the soybean symbiotic systems. The effect of other carboxylates was less pronounced. Molybdenum was only microelement that caused the increase of productivity of soybean (cv. Maryana). Adding it to the biological preparation led to the increase of soybean productivity. This allows recommending molybdenum as an effective supplement to biological preparations. It was shown that using humic acids as a component of the suspension for plant inoculation had positive effect on nitrogen fixation activity of soybean nodules compared to control. In this case, the degree of positive impact of humic acids depended upon the conditions of plant cultivation.
