Significant differences in the gene expression pattern of the Ta_Tuba-2-3 a-tubulin between winter and spring cultivars were revealed. Tuba-2-3 isotype expression level increases at the initial stage of cold acclimation and remains high during the first 7-10 days in winter varieties. The Fourth subfamily members of the a-tubulin genes revealed elevated expression levels during cold acclimation. Expression levels of these isotypes increase rapidly by 18-20 times and retain high values during the first 7-10 days of cold acclimation in winter cultivars.
