Geological-economic evaluation of the mineral resource base the most important mineral resources of Ukraine was held . The prospects for its further expansion and investment attractiveness of certain types of minerals were identified . Assessment of geological and technological study of domestic space, promising the discovery of unconventional hydrocarbons type was provided . 3D models Evgenivska square (DDD) were built, four prospective shale gas horizons have been selected. Features of gas production (methane) of coal deposits was considered . Classification of reserves and resources deposits of coal were analyzed . World market of energy resources, status and investment attractiveness of fuel and energy complex (FEC) of Ukraine was analyzed. Matrix of the SWOT-analysis for projects in the field of alternative energy and traditional energy have been built. Mineral-raw material base of mineral and industrial waters of Ukraine were characterized . The analysis of the feasibility and profitability of exploitation of deposits of mineral waters was shown in the example Zmievske field.
