Research report includes 660 pages, 225 figures, 68 tables, 557 references, and 3 annexes. The report body consists of five chapters, recommendations, conclusions as well as a references list. The research object is multi- and hyperspectral aerospace imagery of land surface and ground-based measurements. The research subject is comprehensive geoinformation analysis of aerospace Earth observations and ground data. Цель работы - повышение эффективности природопользования за счет внедрения новых методов обработки и анализа материалов много- и гиперспектральных аэрокосмических наблюдений Земли и наземных данных. The research objective is to improve the efficiency of natural resource management through the implementing new methods for processing and analysis of aerospace multi- and hyperspectral Earth observations and ground data. The research basic techniques are comparative review of existing methods and systems for processing of multi- and hyperspectral aerospace imagery, parametric and non-parametric statistics, Bayesian inference, Dempster-Schafer evidence theory, data fusion, and computational simulation. The equipment used is FieldSpec 3FR precision field spectroradiometer. The main outputs of research performed are theoretical and methodological approaches, models, algorithms, demonstration software and pilot technologies for comprehensive geoinformation analysis of aerospace Earth observations and ground data, as well as scientific recommendations for implementing these developments in practice. The new models, methods and techniques for comprehensive geoinformation analysis of aerospace Earth observations and ground data were developed and described. Efficient algorithms and pilot technologies for integrated geoinformation analysis materials for comprehensive geoinformation analysis of aerospace Earth observations and ground data have been proposed, just the pilot technology for urban area technogenic pollution mapping by hyperspectral imagery and ground-truth data; the pilot technology for automatic classification of man-made objects by high spatial resolution aerospace imagery; the pilot technology for land degradation risk mapping using satellite imagery and geospatial modeling; the pilot technology for urban area vegetation condition assessment using multispectral satellite imagery. Scientific background, algorithms and software for developed technologies were presented. Key items of geospatial data search and accumulation for comprehensive geoinformation analysis of aerospace Earth observations are considered. The recommendations for implementing research and development performed are provided and future work directions are formulated. Descriptions of 11 technical solutions developed during research are given in the annexes. Their novelty and originality are confirmed by Ukrainian patents for invention. Developed techniques and methods for processing and interpretation of multi- and hyperspectral aerospace data can be used addressing a variety of applications in the State Space Agency of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the State Emergency Service, other ministries and agencies. Keywords: Earth remote sensing, multispectral / hyperspectral aerospace imagery, geoinformation analysis, data fusion, pilot technology Product Description popup.authors .
