It is found that best description is reached with strongly anisotropic initial momentum distributions at initial time 0.1 fm/c, small mean relaxation time of the thermalization process, and minimal value of shear viscosity to entropy density ratio.The mT-dependencies of the femto-scales are investigated within the hydrokinetic model for different types of particle pairs produced in Pb+Pb and p+pcollisions at the LHC.
