Objective – to develop an inductive method, algorithm and software of relative satellite data calibration. Research methods: statistical analysis, geospatial analysis, regression modeling, object-oriented design. This report is dedicated to the problem of calibration of satellite data with high spatial resolution, namely "Sich-2" imagery. For solving this problem the existing cross-calibration method is improved and inductive calibration models are developed. The calibration algorithm is developed, and it’s consists of the following stages: data preprocessing, pseudo-invariant objects detection, calibration models parameters identification, data calibration and accuracy assessment. Accuracy measurement of satellite data calibration is conducted on the test set of 20 images. The main problems of application the method are discovered. The proposed method of "Sich-2" data calibration is implemented in software module, with using the tools of programming language Python. This module is used for pre-processing and harmonization of time series of satellite images, on which land cover (Ukrainian territory for 1990, 2000 and 2010) and crop (Kyiv oblast for 2013) maps are created. Using this module has reduced processing time by almost 15%.
