Subject of research: organizational and methodological foundations for construction of the training process in football. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, the Internet, as well as the experience of best practices, pedagogical supervision using the methods of analysis of technical and tactical actions,methods of mathematical statistics. Results:The content of the report submitted to make an analysis of the system of training of sports reserve in Ukrainian football. On the basis of these data and the results of the analysis of organizational and methodological guidelines for the preparation of players in countries with a high level of football development, it has been formed ways to improve the process of training young football players in Ukraine. The report presents the results of studies of game activity of skilled players who characterize the specificity of technical and tactical actions of players of various game role. The data obtained can be used as a model in the process of planning the technical and tactical preparation of football players of different skills.
