The next results were obtained: the computer model of analysis spectrum characteristics metamaterial which formed by a regular lattice of the conductive wires is developed. Transmission spectrums of wire metamaterial with clearly expressed plasma frequency are obtained by means computer simulations. ESR-linewidth versus nanoparticle size is theoretically studied. The model which allows considering influence of nanoparticle size on a form ESR-line is developed. The model is verified on Fe3O4 nanopowder sample. It shows good agreement experiment with computer simulation. It is also shown that using the organic surfactants in synthesis leads to considerable change of magnetic properties of nanoparticles. It is established that increasing of nanoparticle size leads to increasing of a total field of magnetic anisotropy too. The results of the 1st stage are presented both as paper and international conferences. It would be using in further SIW stages.
