Grounds for the job - research "Development and introduction of the core technologies of recovery, regeneration, modernization and construction of elements of observation and aiming armored vehicles" is performed under a contract from 05.20.2015 g .. №9 / 18-15 cipher IFN-2015 / 4 target scientific and technical program of NAS of Ukraine "Research and development on increasing defense and security." Objective: development and introduction of the core technologies of recovery, regeneration, modernization and construction elements of surveillance systems and targeting of armored vehicles. The project "Development and introduction of the core technologies of recovery, regeneration, modernization and construction of elements of observation and aiming armored vehicles" provided along with the creation of scientific foundations, scientific and technologic development of technologies of restoration and repair of the optical elements of their introduction to the SRC "Carat" (Lviv) in the interests of the State Enterprise "Lviv Armor Vehicle Factory " (LAVF). As a result of research works have been developed scientific basis of optical research methods, including the new method using the physical phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance, and provides new formulations of UV adhesive compositions with nanodomishkamy optical refractive index close to the refractive index of optical glasses. Services provided helped to create a scientific basis for the organization of pilot production of these compositions, for example, at the L Pisarzhevsky Institute of Physical Chemistry NAS of Ukraint. In the context of the ATO military equipment in use, for objective reasons, in need of repair. Such details can be attributed to "wear parts" because they are quite fragile and require frequent replacement, but "little value" it is impossible to name them, given their cost. Economic efficiency of repair far exceeds the replacement of new parts, as used for the repair of available materials (sheet glass, UV-adhesive compositions and LED - irradiators). Set of repair materials and devices can be included in the repair kit, which will be in the cockpit of military equipment, and repair is not necessary to wait for the arrival of a repair brigade, and if necessary - to carry out repairs on their own. In the developed method of repairing damaged optical windows and optical devices external surfaces patent pending Ukraine. Direction of works on development of optical methods for monitoring and improving manufacturing technology scales and grids for optoelectronic devices of armored vehicles to the following conclusions: - The scientific-technical approach to create an integrated measuring system for process control and audit of the geometric dimensions of the topological elements of optical scales and grids. - The factors that influence the value of the desired signal and experimentally demonstrated the advantages of LED-screens as a fixture to a halogen lamp in the developed measuring system. - The experiments carried out on an integrated measurement system using a microscope such as Biola and television camera Novus-130 BH possible to determine the optimum conditions and to reduce the measurement error of topological elements of optical scales and grids by 4.5% and measure the size of the elements 6-10 microns with an accuracy of ± 0 5 microns. - The technology scales hardening and meshes by removing them from the end surface of impaired machined surface layer. On the technological basis RPE "Karat" developed and used for the manufacture of prototypes of mechanical processing technologies for recovery precision optical prisms and laser rods for surveillance, targeting and laser range finders. The method of calculation and technology of electron beam evaporation of antireflection coatings for the regeneration and restoration of glass active elements of solid state lasers. In the process of establishment of a research and production enterprise "Karat" scientific-technological complex for the production and research of oxide single crystal materials and devices based on them were organized portion of the vacuum deposition is equipped with two units of the company, "Torr International" (USA) - one for the sputtering cathode ray and combined method for thermal spraying, or magnetron sputtering. As technology developed at RPE "Karat" has produced a pilot batch of recovered cores and LAVF transferred for use in the repair of laser ranging systems, armored vehicles. There were positive results of using prototypes. The developed technology used for the project for the manufacture of prototypes and transferred to LAVF (developed technological instructions and acts of use are attached). Economic efficiency of recovery of developed technologies of optical elements using the original glass and the repairable parts reaches 40-100 times compared to the use of new parts for repair of armored vehicles.
