Purpose - To build an integrated system of drug delivery towards predetermined areas of the body that encompases a specific protocols for nanoparticles synthesis and specific configuration of magnetic fields needed to control the transport of nanoparticles in the body. Research methods - transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, infrared absorption spectroscopy, small-angle neutron scattering, magnetic permeability measurements, computer simulations using molecular dynamics and applied quantum mechanics (quantum chemistry). Main results - the method of synthesis of liquid systems containing magnetite nanoparticles coated with organic coating with anticancer properties caused doxorubicin molecules attached to the nanoparticle surface; structural and physico-chemical studies of the synthesized liquid nanosystems; computer simulation data on the interaction of anticancer drug (doxorubicin hydrochloride) molecules with the surface of nanoparticles; development of magnetic system with permanent magnets for accumulation of ferromagnetic nanoparticles in a given area of a biological organism; development of a measurment system for determining magnetic permeability of liquid nanosystems and the method for determining the concentration of nanoparticles of magnetite in samples of liquid state of aggregation on the basis samples magnetic permeability measurements; investigation of the transport and accumulation of magnetic nanoparticles in the tumor area under the influence of a constant magnetic field under different blood circulation parameters.
