A purpose of work - on the basis of adjusting of physiology and biochemical features o plants to work out аgroecolgical bases of technologies of their growing for the receipt of raw material that will be used for the production of hard biopropellant. Research methods - the field and lisimetric experience, laboratory generally accepted methodologies of agrochemical researches, is statistical are methods dispersible of analysis. Results of researches - data are got from the аgroecolgical (agrochemical, power andeconomic) estimation of growing of new types of power plants for the production of hard biopropellant for the use of alternative sources of organic fertilizers and partial replacement of mineral fertilizers microbial preparations and complex liquid fertilizer allowed to get for miscanthus of hardbiopropellant in the limits of from 11,5 to 13,40 t/hа, switchgrass - 8,8-10,6 t/hа and to opinambour - 11,17-13,53 t/hа. The exit of energy, accordingly, presented: 183,8-214,4; 141,2-178,0 and 178,6-216,5 HJ. The level of profitability, accordingly, presented 162, 245 and 61 %. Application of different elements of the system of fertilizer of growing of power plants gave an opportunity to decrease the losses of biogenic elements in 1,03-1,57 time and provided under miscanthus for three increase of balance of nitrogen on 98,7 kg, to phosphorus- on 79,9 kg and to potassium - on 2,9 kg comparatively with the organo-mineral system of fertilizer.
