The purpose of research : to investigate the characteristics and orientation of processes of biological transformation of nitrogen in agrocenosis with different fertilization crops systems using microbial preparations. Research methods - common accepted microbiological, biochemical, agrochemical methods, field research method and mathematical statistics. According to research an organic fertilize system is environmentally appropriate, where an optimization of agronomically valuable microbial communities takes place and the processes that microbial communities carry flow (although with some caution, because off the considerable losses of gaseous nitrogen). The efficiency of microbial agent in that year when the manure was contributed largely reverses, however, this agronomic method positive effects on product quality. Using of seeds pre-bakteryzation in following crops rotation, their cultivation on background aftereffect of manure has high efficiency. Low mineral fertilize system provides environmental requirements about the agrocenosis condition and the best economic performance among the studied systems with the use of fertilizers. Money back incurred under these conditions on the use of biopreparations the highest. However growing barley even with low mineral fertilizer system is economically not viable, so mineral fertilizers in small norm for this crop should be combined with seeds pre-bakteryzation that can improve profitability. Average mineral fertilize system as a whole meets the environmental requirements on the state agrocenosis generaly, but in view of the economic performance it requires clarification. Particularly, the use of N80P80K80 with potatoes on the leached black soil , the background N30P30K30 with barley, N30P30K30 with peas and norms in fertilizers that do not exceed N60P60K60 for growing winter wheat is appropriate. For these agronomy background these microbial preparations are recommended to use. Mineral intense and organic-mineral fertilizer systems do not satisfy the environmental requirements and have the lowest economic indicators. For this reason we do not recommend their use.
