Purpose of research - to find out the optimal parameters of phytohormonal ensurance of juvenile plants and to develop ways of achieving these parameters using proven to the required levels of biologically active substances microbial preparations for pre-bakteryzation crops. Research methods - common accepted microbiological, biochemical, agrochemical methods, field research method and mathematical statistics. There was used such soil microorganisms strains as Bradyrhizobium japonicum M 8, Azospirillum brasilense 410, Azospirillum brasilense 18-2 and Paenibacillus polymyxa KВ, which are bio-agents оf microbial preparations developed by the Institute of Agricultural Microbiology and agricultural production NAAS. It was established that the combination of pre-inoculation with the optimum number of phytohormones positive effects on the development of crops in the early stages of organogenesis. Using microbial preparations with optimized phytohormones content affect the biological activity in the rhizosphere of plants - that is a positive impact on the process of biological nitrogen fixation in the root zone, which can provide additional nitrogen supply, promotes the development of the root system, aerial parts, the formation of the photosynthetic apparatus of plants and protein synthesis. A method of manufacturing microbial preparations was develooped, according to which phytohormones are added to microbial component of the preparations in amounts previously set by bioassay. The proposed method provides the optimization of production process of crops.
