Purpose of research - to explore the direction of microbiological processes during organic matter composting. To create bioorganic fertilizer high with agronomically useful microorganisms and physiologically active compounds that would make it possible to use them in production as soil amendments the one hand and as a factor of influence on root crops supply on the other. Research methods - common accepted microbiological, biochemical, agrochemical methods, field research method and mathematical statistics. It was shown that the dynamics of microorganisms in composting organic matter depends on the ratio Carbon / Nitrogen. Yes, chicken manure composting provided the active development of members of the majority groups of microorganisms studied only in the initial stages of composting, followed by a gradual decline in their numbers. This testifies about the unreasonableness of manure composting in pure form, because under these conditions the composting process is too long. It was observed two periods of active growth of microorganisms and their decline in composts with optimized ratio of C: N = 20: 1. Such dynamics of microorganisms allows to select the active strains of ammonifying microorganisms from composted substrates during 1-2-month of composting, and nitrogen-fixing and cellulolytic - during 6-th, and 7th and Micromycetes - 4th and 7th months of composting. In accordance, the introduction of agronomically favorable terms of composted mixture of microorganisms are different and depend on the type of microorganism and goals. Thus, the optimum period for the introduction of ammonifying microorganisms is 2-month composting microorganisms nitrogen-fixing - 6, Micromycetes -1-2 and 5-6-month composting. Introduction of microorganisms in these periods will enrich the compost beneficial microbiota. It was allocated and identified an association of fungi Trichoderma harzianum, which is characterized with high cellulolytic activity, producing physiologically active substances, survives in a composted substrate and can be used in technologies of organic matter biocomposion. The optimal period of introducing Association T. harzianum 128 to the substrate is the second month of composting. It was developed the technology of composting organic substrate from bird droppings with the participation of T. harzianum 128. The technology efficiency tested in a production environment on the basis of LLC "Agrofirma Kolos" (Kyiv region, Skvirsky district). The efficiency of received bio-organic fertilizer during composting tested in conditions of field experiments with potatoes. The productivity of crops is increasing and product quality improves. It was developed practical advice about organic matter biocomposting based on the introduction of bird droppings аssociation T. harzianum 128.
