Purpose of research: to create a scientific and methodical bases of virological monitoring system of agrocenoses of Ukraine. Methods of research - field research method, laboratory and statistical methods. It was carried out virological monitoring of the potatoes and crops lupine in Chernihiv region as a result of investigations. It was determined a significant spread of viral diseases in monoinfection (M-potato virus) and in complex infections (M, S-, Y- potato virus) in the nursery of elite seed potatoes. The examination of lupine crops showed a significant degree of infestation bean with yellow mosaic virus. There was made a collection of strains and isolates of pathogenic viruses, which contains 32 typical strains, 20 strains of virus for the production of hyperimmune serum and enzyme immunoassay, 102 virus isolates for creating infectious backgrounds. It was obtained an immunoassay system to identify bean yellow mosaic virus and potato virus M in the plant material. The positive effect of biological products on the formation and functioning of symbiotic nitrogen-fixing apparatus and the production process yellow lupine plants affected BYMV was found. It was proved that the use of microbial agents in the management of primary seed potatoes can reduce the negative impact of viral infection on plants, increase productivity and improve the quality of cultural products.
