Technology can reduce the execution time of welding in 1,3... 2,0 times in comparison with traditional manual arc process, in which, for example, only one welding circular joint with a diameter of 1400 mm requires 5-6 hours. This in turn reduces the time of conclusion of the gas pipeline from operational mode when reduces the volume of gas transported. The technology provides the possibility of application of modern welding materials (wire a solid section and a powder diameter of 1.2 mm) of the Ukrainian and foreign production. The use of such materials allows to increase the quality of welded joints by reducing the number of defects in the seams due to the decrease in the number of plots arc ignition and breakage, slag in the weld metal.
