The influence of technical stages of sperm cryopreservation in Liza haematocheilus, decrease of preservation (S) and efficiency (W) of cryopreservation process were determined. The evaluation of sperm preservation in different fish species, which was frozen in previous years by using the two-stage method of cryopreservation was analysed.
