ISSR-analysis allowed to study the genetic variability at the population level. Specific "population" polymorphic ISSR-markers identified during our investigations allow to use this information in further studies for development genetic certification using modern techniques. ISSR-analysis optimized method can serve as an effective instrument for further genetic researches of carp population. Got results, allow to control breeding tribal work in the process of gene pool reproduction of the present fish populations. For the increase of breeding work efficiency in fisheries it is expedient the using of genetic markers that have high specificity to the separate fragments of fish DNA.
