Objective: To study the spreading of intestinal infestations at poultry farms in the central region of the Ukraine depending on the types of poultry keeping, taking into account the seasonal outbreaks of invasions, age susceptibility, species composition of causal agents of parasitosis as well as to develope the modern efficient systems of integrated poultry protection from endoparasites for the improved sanitation from mixed helminth invasions at the poultry farms. Research methods: epizootic; parasitological; clinical; anatomic-pathological; biochemical; hematological; experimental and statistical. During the period of 2014-2015, 198 autopsies of poultry of different species and ages were carried out; 4580 manure samples from poultry of different species and ages were underwent helminthologic-ovoscopic study for helminthic and eimerios-carriage. On the basis of the research results such a specific composition of gastro-intestinal parasitosis was found: chickens - ascaridiasis , capillariasis, rietiensis, thominxosis with EI (extent of invasion) from 5 to 100%; turkeys - ascaridiasis, capillariasis, geterakosis with EI from 20 to 100%; geese - ascaridiasis, capillariasis, ganguleterakosis with EI from 8 to 100%; ducks - ascaridiasis, capillariasis with EI from 24 to 100%. Eimerios and eimerios-carriage were diagnosed in chickens with EI from 8% to 100%, turkeys - 100%, geese - 100%, ducks - 100%, quails - 28% and 100% with the light or moderate intensity. In the summer and autumn a decrease in the species composition of helminths was observed among the poultry accompanied with a simultaneous increase in the intensity of infection. Aside from monoinvasions, associated helminth-protozoan and mixed helminthic invasions were observed. Definition of the effectiveness of anthelmintic drugs against mixed helminthiasis was carried out in the laboratory for 18 specimens of adult laying chickens, spontaneously and simultaneously infested with roundworms, capillaries and rietens. By the principle of analogues one control group and two test groups were created that received: I - levamisole 10% (20 mg AS per 1 kg of body weight once) + fenbendazole on the third day (15 mg AS per 1 kg of body weight once), after using the second anthelmintic the livestock for a period of one week was given with the retinol acetate at a dose of 25 thous. IU per 1 kg of body weight (AS - active substance); II - albendazole 10% following the instructions for use. As a result of experiment - in the first test group the extensefficiency of the proposed method of applying the anti mixed invasions drugs was already 100% on the 7th day of the study. In the study of biochemical and hematological blood parameters of the dehelmintized poultry it has been identified that after combined application of anthelminthic agents an increase in the number of erythrocytes was observed, reducing the total number of white blood cells with a decrease in the relative number of eosinophils. Elevated levels of albumin and reduced relative content of gamma-globulin fraction and cholesterol were observed in the blood of the experimental poultry, as well as an increase of the vitamin A content in the liver. In the production conditions the 100% efficiency of complex (combined) use of anthelminthic drugs against mixed helminthiasis was defined in a such mode: levamisole 10% (20 mg AS / kg of body weight, in the single dose) and fenbendazole (15 mg AS / kg of body weight, in the single dose), on laying chickens that were spontaneously infested with roundworms, capillaries and rietens. A system of special measures and means of prevention and treatment of chickens at nematodosis-cestodiasis invasion was developed, that provides epizootic welfare of chickens during intestinal infestations and is reflected in the methodical recommendations "Nematodosis-cestodiasis invasions of chickens in small-scale farms (diagnosis, comprehensive treatment, prevention)".
