The dynamic plasma-liquid systems with two metal and one liquid electrode were developed based on the improved plasma injectors. The mechanism of influencing the average electron energy in the plasma of dynamic plasma-liquid systems by changing the composition of plasma-generating gas was discovered. Research has shown that the gas that is generated in water during electrolysis influences the parameters of a discharge when introduced directly into a discharge gap. Complex two-stage systems for the partial oxidation reforming of hydrocarbons into synthesis gas, which used non-equilibrium plasma as a catalyst for the activation of oxidant or water before their introduction into the reaction chamber, were investigated. The major part of the energy required for the conduction of endothermal reforming of liquid hydrocarbons into synthesis gas was provided via the plasma-assisted combustion of the part of initial hydrocarbon. The process of the reforming of the hydrocarbons of plant (sunflower oil, ethanol) and petroleum (diesel fuel) origin into synthesis gas was studied; the system's electrical energy transformation coefficient and reforming efficiency were determined. The efficient combustion of synthesis gas was conducted in a household water boiler. The recommendation for the development of new energy- and resource-saving technologies were developed based on the created laboratory model for the plasma-catalytic reforming of hydrocarbons into synthesis gas.
