Recommendations are made on optimization of synthesis conditions for these ceramics. It was found correlations between the methods of synthesis, compositions of the initial powders, sintering conditions in the solid phase and physical properties of the materials. Starting components and concentrations of modifying impurities those optimize efficiency of energy conversion of ultraviolet and near infrared radiation into visible light are discovered.
