We were analyzed speeds and three-dimensional distribution of fluctation spectra in the electron density of the solar wind plasma that are determined from observations of interplanetary scintillation due to distant cosmic radio sources on radio telescope UTR-2 in 2003 - 2011 at the frequency of 25 MHz. According to the results of observations it was first built empirical models of three-dimensional radial dependence of spatial spectra of fluctuations in the electron density for the slow and fast quasi-stationary solar winds from the Sun at distances in excess of 1 AU. In the summer of 2015, the radio telescope UTR-2 recorded sporadic solar radio emission, which focused on the search for features of coronal mass ejections (CMEs) in radio waves. Especially, this information is important in the case when CME directly spread towards Earth, such as the main emission can not be registered by any space coronagraph. Large linear dimensions of the UTR-2 telescope, and its construction of individual sections, together with modern equipment, realizing the analysis, allowed the radio observations in an interferometer and get more information about the burst source location on the solar corona. For a more robust association of CMEs, you used a phase of cross-correlation function of the local interferometer, which determines the angle of deflection of the radiation source from the axis of the radiation pattern along the corresponding base. As a result of this analysis, we can detect a CME spread toward Earth.
