The first modification is RADAR-X1-M. This if Doppler radar with mechanical scan of antenna beam. Operating prototype of this radar was manufactured and tested. Radar's transmitter with output power of 30 W is based on GaN HEMT transistors assembly CMPA5585025F. High spatial resolution in range are obtain by using digital algorithms of pulse compression. Developed and manufactured scan system allows antenna beam scan in azimuth with angular velocity 90 ° / s. Parabolic offset antenna is used in the radar's prototype, and for final version of the radar waveguide antenna with radom is designed. High-performance DSP based on GigaBee XC6SLX is used for digital processing of radar signals. Detection of small-size slightly-moving targets and background of the strong reflection signals from the ground realized by the introducing of original algorithms of selection of moving targets and CFAR. Radar fulfills measurement and transfer of target's coordinates in text and graphic forms, as well as their RCS and Doppler spectrum width. Tests shows that main program characteristics of the radar is achieved. It should be noted in particular high sensetivity and efficiency of the radar on detection UAV. UAV type DJI Inspire is detected on distance of 7 km with signal / noise ratio of 30 dB. Tests also verified the efficiency of radar's detection of ground-based targets. Second modification is RADAR-X1-PAА based on active phased array antenna. Radar of this type fulfils quick electronically scan of antenna system beam and can forms multibeam radiation. it allows to fulfills simultaneously tracking and high accuracy measurement of coordinates of many targets. Output power of each module is 3 W. 7-bit phase shifter controls phases of transmitted and receiving signals. Noise factor of receiver is not more then 3 dB. RADAR-X1-PAA is used linear array from 64 transmitter-receiver modules and corresponding number of oscillators. Elements of waveguide-slotted line are used as oscillators.
