Offline measurements of the lungs were made on standart images of fetal torax, made during ultrasound exam, with the help of special software. Known indexes and own indexes of evaluation of fetal lung size were calculated and compared. their conformity assessment dimensions lung duration of pregnancy and conducted comparative analysis. The efficiency of the indexes, developed at the department of fetal medicine, to predict the neonatal outcome in patients with congenital diaphragmatic hernia was shown. The necessity of the research continuation was shown, in order to asses more cases and to establish more accurately the effectiveness of these indexes and methods of their application.
