It was determined that 2/3 of surveyed children with asthma combined with AR have formed by "kind of allergic march". Allergic rhinitis was found as the risk factor for severe asthma and uncontrolled diseases. Early cytomorphological marker of the presence of allergic rhinitis in children with asthma found IgE expression of nasal eosinophils. Polisensibilisation correlated with the severity asthma in children. The study of the comparative effectiveness of sublingual and subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy in children with atopic asthma combined with persistent perennial rhinitis showed that both methods allergen immunotherapy were effective and safe and had positive effect on the clinical course of asthma as well as allergic rhinitis. Low levels of IFN, high - TNF and IL-10 were determined as the immunological markers "unsatisfactory response" during sublingual Immunotherapy in children with asthma combined with allergic rhinitis. Different individual schemes of allergen immunotherapy for children with asthma combined with allergic rhinitis are proposed to medical practice.
