Was revealed the negative impact of VD3 and ionized calcium failure on some settings of daily monitoring of blood pressure, ECG and MCG interval indicators, reflecting unhomogenity of electrophysiological changes in the myocardium as a result of complex metabolic disorders. The progression of microangiopathy depends on the activity autoinflammatory process, duration of illness, VD3 supply, concentration of cholesterol, TG, total lipids. The scientific significance of the work is to determine the role of VD3, calcium and lipid metabolism in cardiovascular system changes, defining new ways to improve the prevention and treatment cardiovascular complications in children with SCTD.
