A material from 22 farms of Ukraine were analysed, cases of the disease are not set, in 13 cases in organs of corpses of gooses were finding parvovirus. Two isolates of polyomavirus were secreteted from 2 samples patmaterials, which were received in previous years. Pathogenity of isolates for goslings and embryos was confirmed. It was found that the polyomavirus accumulates in extraembryonic fluid in the infected goose embryos with infectious titer of 2,8-3,1 lg ELD50 / 0,2 cm3; at passivation in goose embryonic kidney cell culture infectious titer increases - 4,32 lg TCD 50/0,2 cm3.
