Models: neurotoxic models of the demyelinization and hemiparkinsonism, sciatic nerve resection, stem cell transplantation, human Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) and melatonin administration, hippocampal oxigen-glucose deprivation in vitro (OGP). Methods: cultural, histological, confocal and electronic microscopy, biochemical, open field test and flow cytometry. Equipments: CO2-incubator, laminar-flow box, FACSAria, laboratory centrifuge, microscope, pH instrument and balance. Results. Transplanted into hippocamp neural stem cells (NSCs) after OGP differentiate into mature neurons generating synapses with neuronal cells of the recipient tissues. LIF injection to the cuprisone treated mice decreased the percentage of the brain pathological neurons. Following melatonin administration increase in NSC amount in the olfactory bulb of the hemiparkinsonic rats correlated with striatum antioxidant enzyme activities. Transplantation of the multipotent neuronal crest-derived stem cells (NCSCs) from bulbar region of the hair follicle into injury area of sciatic nerve results in significant increase of the distal nerve fibers. Animal models with pathology of the nervous system that were treated with LIF, melatonin or NCSCs had improved locomotor activity. The results of the research was presented in form of the report, 13 articles, 1 patent, 21 abstracts. Cuprisone, hemiparkinsonism, peripheral nerve, stem cells, hippocamp ischemia, regeneration Product Description popup.authors Васильєв Р.Г. Демидчук А.С. Кузьмінова І.А. Літошенко З.Л. Лабунець І.Ф.
