The first section is devoted to the typical tasks of expert analysis of the state and renewal of bearing capacity of responsible pipeline elements. In particular, on the basis of criteria of ductile fracture and probabilistic analysis of the state of pipelines with the defects local thinning type estimations of bearing capacity of defective nonlinear parts of main pipelines has been carried out. In addition, research of the influence of repair deposit welding on technological and operating strength of pipelines with the defects of corrosive metal loss is has been studied, the technological parameters optimization criteria have been offered. On the basis of experimental-numerical researches unique structural solutions of strengthening constructions for the repair of different parts of main and technological pipelines with the take into account the necessity of of repair construction installation process instrumental control have been offered. The second section contains the results of numerical researches of process of the electroslag melting of height dissimilar steel ingots of large diameter. Technological approaches on optimization of this process from the point of view of minimization of area of chemical and structural heterogeneity, and also for the cold cracks nucleation risk decrease, have been offered. In the third section methodological bases and mathematical models of prediction of the stresses, strains, damaged and limit states of composite materials on the example of the glass-fiber bandages, those installed on the defected main pipelines with the revealed multiple defects of corrosive type have been presented.
