Combination of dispersed and dispersive mechanisms of strengthening can be simultaneously used for providing maximum portion of acicular ferrite and for receiving stable properties in HAZ metal the volume portion of bainite structures has to be increased due to reduction of portion of ferrite structures (plate, polygonal ones). Complex alloying indices proposed to be used for regulation of weld metal structure and increase of impact toughness level.
