Factors that limit their opportunities for participation in international trade were determined. The main elements of the mechanism of the domestic producers' protection at the domestic and international markets that meet the legal field established by the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU were considered. A system of protective measures of domestic producers, which should be a part of the implementation program of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, especially in the adaptation of the national regulatory system to EU directives, and the inclusion to monitoring the implementation of the Agreement was proposed.
