It is well known that the injection into compact storage rings, such as the x-ray generator "Nestor", it is a very difficult task because of the very dense arrangement of equipment, and therefore, are presented fairly high requirements to the parameters of the injected electron beam. In this study, a trial was conducted injection electron beam in the x-ray generator "Nestor". Experiments showed correct settings of the magnets injection channel and that injection beam has sufficient stability and a good optical performance.The method of calculation of the background from the (e+,e-)-pair photo-production in the electron scattering spectra was developed. This technique permits to reduce the time required for the PC computation of the background from 1010 sec to 12 hours. Our approximation can be applied for calculation of positron background in the heavy nuclei spectra. For estimation of the background in the lightest nuclei spectra the additional increasing of the quick-action of the developed technique is required else on 2 3 degree. Previously less studied possibility of the radiative tail calculation of the elastic electrons scattering peak by nuclei using the equivalent radiator method (ERM) was considered. In some regions of the spectra the significant differences between the ERM approach and exact-formula calculation were revealed. The ERM calculations for various nuclei (A 40) at different scattering angles and initial electron energies just led to finding out a few regularities in the deviation of the ERM calculations from the exact-formula calculations. It was found that the ERM approximation of the radiative tail of the elastic scattering peak can be used in the studies of excited states of light nuclei at electron scattering angles ? = 40° ? 80° up to excitation energies of 40 MeV.
