Object of the study: metabolic processes and persisting hepatotrop infections beside sick with NAFLD, who suffered ater the ChNSPP beside 196 persons of the main group and 135 persons of the group of the comparison. Beside sick with NAFLD in irradiated persons, in structure comorbid to pathology dominated heartily-vascular (84,7 %) and cerebro-vascular of the disease (73,5 %; r < 0,01), realistically more was pathology supporting-motor device (73,5 %; r < 0,001) and bronho-pulmonar system (15,3%, r < 0,05). Certain increasing subtitle antibody to virus simple herpes 1 and 2 types, citomegalovirus, virus Epshteyn-Barr in sick with NAFLD, which in irradiated persons, for groups nozologic comparisons. Beside 85% sick was a combination herpevirus to infections 1, 2 and 5 types with greater average factor beside sick with steatohepatitis with in irradiated persons (r < 0,05). The particularities metabolic changes beside sick with NAFLD, which in irradiated persons, on different stages of the development of the disease (steatos, teatohepatitis) consisted in absence difference frequencies of the change carbohydrat exchange in comparison with factor damaged without diseases liver and sick groups nosologic comparisons (24; 15,2 that 21,6 %), but were revealled more often, than beside sick without diseases liver and without influence of radiation (6,8 %, r < 0,05). Revealled change the factors prooxydant-antioxydant of the balance beside sick with NAFLD main group, as follows more high level of the join with insulated double relationship (p < 0,05), greater relative contents dien and oxydien konyugat, reduction of the factor antioxydant conditions on 21-29 %.
