It was found that the electrical conductivity determined by low-intensity pulsed conductometry characterizes the functional state of oocytes and precompacted mouse embryos. The electrical conductivity of the mouse oocyte-cumulus complexes allows to divide objectively in vivo the morphologically homogeneous group of hormonally superovulated oocytes into two subgroups, which are significantly different by development potential. The stimulation of bovine cumulus-oocyte complexes by two rectangular electric pulses with a duration of 60 µseconds, sequence period of 2 seconds and electric field voltage of 1.3 kV / cm leads to the most expressive stimulation of granulosa cell proliferation. It were studied the difference between the vaginal temperature at the different depths from vulva and the electric resistance index of vaginal mucus. The significant difference between the phases of cows estrous cycle was established by the temperature parameters, as well as dependence on the degree of dominant follicle maturity and ovulation. The demands to the thermometric device were justified at the basis of the developed mathematical models of the temperature distribution in the genital tract of cows and matured heifers. An automated system for the temperature difference measuring was developed for characterization of the changes in the process of follicular genesis in cattle. The developed system used the microcontroller and telemetry for wireless data transfer to a computer. Model of the device is produced.
