The subject of research: particle size and mixing equability of the fully mixed ration (FMR), feed nutrients and their digestibility in the gastro-intestinal tract, the level of feeding, available exchange energy, some animals individual characteristics of digestion. The goal of research: the digestive process study by the model which will be created on the basis of the obtained data from animal experiments and the established relationships between the grinding degree and equability mixing of fully mixed ration and digestibility of nutrients and available exchange energy of ration. The ratio of concentrated and voluminous feed in the range from 7% to 24% for the equability of mixing in the range from 75% to 85% were established, the index of integrated supply energy for individual animals was designed. At the 50% level of concentrates in the ration the only 85% and above equability of mixing to provide a good uniformity in the energy provision when an imbalance between individual animals by an integral factor does not exceed 10%. The 82.5% mixing equability to provide satisfactory indexes of animals integrated supplying - not more than 20% under conditions at the least than 35% level of concentrate. Considering the fact that the proportion of concentrated feed in dairy cows rations typically in the range of 40% - 50%, the minimum required level of mixing equability should take 85%. The most rational way of high quality forage mixture preparation is the technology, which includes the preparation from roughages feed a certain size cutting and further mixing of all components of forage mixture to the required equability in the device for mixing technology, which eliminates further grinding. The application of the combined fodder mixing crushers devices may be expedient for the small farms with limited productive livestock herds and only under strict compliance of rules of mixture preparation by the concrete mixer and a specific set of feeds. For the reduce of influence of the individual characteristics of specific animals to experiments for the digestion regularities research was proved that the increasing of the statistical reliability data was possible only with careful selection of animals by the principle of par-analogues of the live weight, age and the consumption of the rations dry matter and adequate statistical analysis methods application.
