The purpose of the project consisted in different aspects study of social and communicative phenomena as the basis of identity assertion of press and television journalism in the East of Ukraine, the disclosure of features of genre and thematic embodiment of motifs of the Ukrainian state building in national and ideological journalism of writers; in development of socio-cultural model of editing copyright as a fundamental basis for the formation of the national theory of publishing and editing taking into account the epistolary paradigm of the writers of the late 19th and the 20th centuries as well as their manuscript heritage. Scientific novelty and importance of obtained results consist in the fact that in the development of the independent Ukraine and systemic transformation of social communication, including national journalism, publishing, advertising and public relations there was a practical necessity of generalization of historical experience of development and various manifestations of social communication for the purpose of developing a unified strategy for the functioning of the domestic media, built on the best traditions of foreign journalism considering mental, religious, historical features of the proper Ukrainian media and their specific function in the age of globalization. The study confirmed multilevel interpretation of literary journalism as a vertex shape of national ideological journalism as well as the universe that operates axiological units. Proven hypothesis: the history of journalism of the Luhansk region is an original and not marginal phenomenon of social communication, a sign of national and cultural identity of the Ukrainian people integrating a huge system of unexplored newspaper and magazine journalistic achievements. In the wake of that thesis the meaning of "regional information broadcasting paradigm" has been formed. The concept of editing copyright productive in publishing as a separate scientific discipline has been elaborated. A number of scientific definitions based on understanding of social and communicative contents of what constitutes "editing copyright" were introduced into the scientific use. Practical result of the scientific and research work consists in theoretical improvement and updating of lecture courses of disciplines: "Theory and History of Social Communications", "History of Ukrainian journalism", "Publicistic Writing", "Editing Copyright", "TV journalism". 4 PhD theses were defended. 9 monographs and 140 articles were issued.
