Purpose of work: scientific support of the forming of the State register of monuments of Ukraine. Realization of scientific examination of objects of cultural legacy for bringing them in the State register of monuments of Ukraine; development of methodological bases of system study of objects, including taking of inventory and passport systems; researches cultural heritage an amount and classification of objects, maintenance of an electronic registry. Research methods: methods of analysis of the systems, raising of tasks in the field of forming of the State register of immovable monuments and algorithms of their decision, monitoring of objects of cultural heritage; collection, analysis and analytical working of information and systematization of data on immovable monuments and objects of cultural heritage. Results and their novelty : on the basis of scientific grounds for making decision in relation to including (not including) to the State register of objects of cultural heritage, scientific examination of 874 objects of cultural heritage is carried out in relation to expediency of skidding of them to Register. The results of scientific examination drawn on in-process the Expert commission on consideration of questions of skidding of objects of cultural heritage to the State register of immobile sights of Ukraine. Historical -town-planning studies of historical center of city New Kakhovka are undertaken to the Kherson area and a registration passport is first prepared on the object of cultural heritage "Building of historical center of city New Kakhovka", with the purpose of bringing to the object to the State register of immobile sights of Ukraine after a kind "sight of town-planning".
