Purpose of work: scientific support of the forming of the State register of monuments of Ukraine. Realization of scientific examination of objects of cultural legacy for bringing them in the State register of monuments of Ukraine; development of methodological bases of system study of objects, including taking of inventory and passport systems; researches cultural heritage an amount and classification of objects, maintenance of an electronic registry. Research methods: methods of analysis of the systems, raising of tasks in the field of forming of the State register of immovable monuments and algorithms of their decision, monitoring of objects of cultural heritage; collection, analysis and analytical working of information and systematization of data on immovable monuments and objects of cultural heritage. Results and their novelty : on the basis of scientific grounds for making decision in relation to including (not including) to the State register of objects of cultural heritage, scientific examination of 814 objects of cultural heritage is carried out in relation to expediency of skidding of them to Register. Registration documentation is worked out from 18 areas. The results of scientific researches drawn on in-process the Expert commission on consideration of questions of bringing of objects of cultural heritage to the State register of monuments of Ukraine. With the purpose of bringing in State реєстр monuments, worked out and registration documentation (index cards, historical certificates, acts of the technical state) is passed to the corresponding organs of guard of cultural heritage on the objects of cultural heritage Lutsk of the Volyn area. Additionally in 2015 registration documentation was worked out made in 2005-2010 on 186 objects of cultural heritage of the Lviv area, recommended to bringing in to the State register. Recommendations are prepared on her adjustment and actualization by the state on 2015. Taking into account drawn conclusion, in relation to expediency of skidding (not skidding) to the State register of objects of cultural heritage, that were concerted by the Expert commission on consideration of questions of skidding of objects of cultural heritage to the State register of immobile sights of Ukraine to skidding to Register during 2015 a 761 object was recommended, from them it offers to give the category of national value, 53 objects a 31 object confessed by such that lose the article of guard and not subject skidding to register and recommended to striking off the state register. Conclusions were directed in the organs of guard of cultural heritage for the practical use in-process at preparation of registration documentation and selection of objects of cultural heritage to Register. Worked out projects of new forms, in that a structure and maintenance of registration documentation was improved it was directionally for an acquaintance in the organs of guard of cultural heritage for a discussion and grant of suggestions and recommendation with the aim of their perfection.
