The application features of optimization simulation in the planning of enterprise's profit have been analyzed and ways of solutions of the problems of enterprises development in the conditions of imperfect competition environment have been found. The optimization model of activities planning in the profit management system has been developed based on CVP-analysis in irrelevant ranges of production and sales volumes and the basic parameters of optimization model for profit planning on enterprise have been defined. The requirements for informational support for optimization model of enterprise's activities planning have been analyzed. The regulatory framework for accounting of the enterprise's financial results has been investigated and the theoretical and practical aspects of bookkeeping and managerial accounting of income, expenses and financial results have been observed. The peculiarities of information support for enterprises activities planning in the conditions of imperfect competition have been analyzed. The process of formation and functioning of an integrated optimization model of profit planning in the enterprise with the system of its information support has been investigated.
