The techniques of evaluation of rams for quality of their offspring, which have different directions of productivity, and the assess of the dynamics of genetic changes in populations of sheep different directions performance were worked out. The algorithms and programs of the finite linear model estimates of the breeding values sheep were worked out also. This linear model includes programs to determine this value by the method of BLUP and for selection indexes. The technique of economic evaluation sheep according to their tribal values was worked out.
