The purpose of research - development of innovative technologies competitive organic production of sheep breeding. The research methods are field, laboratory, technological, structural and technological, physiological, hematological, biochemical, instrumental analysis, and statistics. Developed five technologies. These are: the agro ecological fodder production on the basis of created agrocoenosises; organic production of lamb meat and young mutton under the conditions of economically secure maintaining on the pastures, which were created according to the conditions of organic production, technological and veterinary requirements; the technology of organic milk production and processing into food, using the new technical means of linear-parallel type, which eliminates the stress response in animals during the machine milking, and these sheep were grazing on ecological clean pasture; organic wool production, on the basis of regulated environmentally friendly grazing; primary processing, canning, preservation of sheepskin, astrakhan and lamb's skins, using the environmentally friendly, natural substances of mineral and animal origin. The system of feeding the sheep and the concept of organic production of sheep breeding products have been created. Using of the technologies, which were developed, provides a sufficient level of productivity of the animals, while maintaining their health, as well as production of high-quality products of sheep breeding.
