The paper confirmed that this scenario actually leads to an increase in the number of photons generated during the development of scintillation flash. In particular, the presence of triphenylamine group in the mo- lecule activator, allows to reduce dramatically the ionization potential of such molecule, and as a result to change significantly the migration processes of electron-hole pairs that are formed during high-energy particle passage in the plastic scintillator.
